  • Delivery time to the pick-up point: from 2 hours to 2 days.
  • A manager will call you to clarify the details of the order.
  • Without prior clarification by phone, the ordered product will not be moved to the pick-up point.

Delivery by Nova Poshta courier to the specified address in Kyiv:

  • We ship without subscription.
  • Free from UAH 2,500 (up to UAH 2,500 – delivery cost according to Nova Poshta tariffs).
  • Delivery time: 1-2 days.
  • The manager of our store will call you to clarify the details of the order.
  • We do not send even fully paid orders for delivery without approval and confirmation of the order.

Orders are sent by the carrier "Nova Poshta"

  • We ship without subscription.
  • When ordering goods for an amount less than UAH 2,500 - You pay the cost of delivery of the goods to your branch, post office or address delivery according to New Post tariffs .
  • When ordering goods worth more than UAH 2,500. - the cost of delivery to the branch, post office or address delivery of Nova Poshta is carried out at our expense;
  • If you choose "Cash on delivery - Cash on delivery" when ordering a product, the money transfer fee is 2% from the amount + UAH 20 charged to the recipient of the parcel (goods);
  • If you choose "ONLINE payment by VISA/Mastercard (WayforPay payment system) Without %." and its subsequent 100% prepayment when ordering the product, then when receiving the goods at the branch, in the post office or address delivery of the NP, you either pay the cost of delivery to you (if the amount of the goods is less than UAH 2,500), or pick up the goods without additional payment (if the amount of the order exceeds UAH 2,500);
