Samsonite has patented a revolutionary material for Curv® suitcases, which was developed for it by engineers from Germany. It consists of multi-layered interwoven threads of high-molecular polypropylene, which form a strong connection when hot-molded. Due to this structure, it looks like ordinary plastic with the appearance of fabric, the properties of which it has at the same time. That is, the material can be crumpled, run over by a car, it returns to its previous shape. At the same time, it has sufficient elasticity and rigidity to maintain its shape. All suitcases made of Curv® designers have provided with a three-dimensional pattern. For example, in the form of a shell, ribs, vertical or horizontal elements. They are the ones that help to elastically maintain the shape. And thanks to them, a large thickness of the material is not needed. Such a suitcase does not need a frame, it is self-supporting and therefore very light. In general, all the elements of such luggage are super lightweight. For example, the retractable handles are made of super-strong and lightweight aviation duralumin. All Samsonite suitcases from Curv® are designed in such a way that any element, wheels, handles, locks, can be changed within a few minutes. This is because the fastening screws are easily visible from inside the luggage.
Inside:

• the first compartment with fixing straps for clothes is closed with a textile partition with a zipper;  
• the second compartment  with fixing straps for clothes is closed by a textile partition with a zipper;
• the fixing straps for clothes can be fixed in height in two positions (except for the small suitcase);

Outside: 

• the suitcase is closed with a zipper;
• there is a built-in recessed combination lock of the TSA system on the side (keys for this type of lock are not included, for more details, read here);
• retractable telescopic handle with push-button lock;
• recessed carrying handles are located on the top and side for carrying the suitcase in a vertical and horizontal position;
• strong and durable 4-wheel system of double quiet wheels with a 360-degree rotation radius, making the suitcase very easy to use and maneuver.
• the corners of the suitcase are protected by pads;
• on the back there is a retractable address tag.
